Acquarius

Privacy Policy

Last updated 7 October 2026

This policy explains how Acquarius ("we", "us") handles information when you contact us or use our services. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to operate, and we do not sell personal data.

Placeholder details to confirm: the legal entity name and registered address, and the governing jurisdiction. Tell us these and we will insert them.

Information we collect

How we use it

Email and connected services

We use established third-party providers to receive and send email on our behalf (for example Google for our mailbox and a reputable email-delivery provider for outgoing mail). These providers process the content of correspondence solely to deliver it. We do not use the content of your messages for advertising.

Use of Google user data

Where our own tools access a Google account that we own, that access is used only to read, organise and send mail within that account to operate our business correspondence. Any data obtained through Google APIs is used in line with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements, and is not transferred to others except as needed to provide or improve these features, to comply with the law, or as part of a merger, and never sold.

Sharing

We share personal data only with the service providers that help us operate (such as email, payment and accounting providers), where required by law, or with your consent.

Retention

We keep correspondence and transaction records for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal and tax obligations, then delete or anonymise them.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop using it, by emailing admin@acquarius.org. We will respond within a reasonable time.
